Who We Are
The Thurston County Progressive Network provides communication services, support and education to individuals, businesses and organizations who believe in and work for social, economic and environmental justice. Join Us!
Our members are many and diverse. They are local business members, from earth movers and attorneys to healers. We have organizational members who work for climate change and for the rights of women. Our many individual members support and participate in a wide variety of progressive causes.
MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS:
Currently TC Pro-Net has 51 member groups. Besides having the ability to post events to the calendar which is sent out weekly on the Pro-Net Picks, we have a "Member Showcase" feature. Featured organizations are highlighted for a month on the Picks.
MEMBER BUSINESSES:
32 local businesses are current members of TC Pro-Net. Business members are realizing the benefits of exposure on the website: Dale Stubbart, one of our local business members, said, "When I Googled "Hawaii Eco-Tours," my eco-tour would show up at position #5 on the first Google page! That was truly amazing, especially since the place it showed up was my posting on TC Pro-Net! So, I had no question about renewing my membership - I would have anyway, just to be a part of the movement, but that was an extra bonus. I also put a reminder on my calendar for next year! (I renewed online)." We showcase Member Businesses on Pro-Net Picks the same way we highlight Member Organizations. (see above)
