The challenge of successfully confronting global warming will require an unprecedented coordinated effort between countries, individuals and everyone in between. King County is leading the nation's efforts to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions.
Join us for a conversation with Jim Lopez, King County climate change champion, to learn what King County has already done, plans for future action, and how Thurston County can join in as a climate leader.
Jim Lopez currently serves as Deputy Chief of Staff in the office of King County Executive Ron Sims. As part of his duties, Jim leads the Executive’s Action Group on Climate Change.
