We make Bokashi, a potent compost starter for kitchen waste.
Bokashi is a Japanese term and means: fermented organic matter.
Composting your kitchen waste with Bokashi produces no foul odor, there is only a smell similar to pickles. The composting process speeds up to only a couple of weeks. Bokashi is made out of wheat bran, fermented with EM(TM) and molasses.
